Each delicious course of this Red Brick Brewing Company Beer Dinner has been created by Chef William Taylor to pair perfectly with Red Brick Brewing Company’s most coveted libations:

Starter: HopLanta IPA

Served With: HopLanta infused Duck Breast

Served With: Carmel Boursin Canape with black berry jam

Main Event: Hibiscuit Belgian Wheat

Highlight: Divine Bovine Milk Stout

Served With: Mini Ahi Tuna Tacos with Sea Weed Salad

The Grand Finale: Imperial Stout

EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH TIME & DETAILS:

This Sunday, April 5, 2015, is Easter Sunday and we are offering our delicious Easter Sunday Brunch service from 10 am to 3 pm (extended 1 hour to make sure everyone gets to celebrate).

EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH MENU & SPECIALS:

We have a great Brunch Menu and Kids Brunch Menu, plus these Easter Brunch Specials Chef William Taylor will be featuring this Sunday:

Neptune Omelet – blue crab meat, arugula, Boursin cheese tomatoes & onions then topped with hollandaise sauce served with your choice of side $14

Carrot Cake Pancakes – topped with creme cheese whipped cream and maple syrup served with your choice of side $10

Steak & Eggs – Sliced beef tenderloin with 2 eggs over easy served with your choice of side $16

Easter Sunday is everyone’s favorite Sunday for Brunch, besides Mother’s Day (we love you Mom), so make your  reservation now.  Weather permitting, sit outside and enjoy spring.
