Regardless of the season, size, or type of party; The Warren City Club is the perfect venue for entertaining. We provide exceptional service that will ease your stress when planning your wedding, rehearsal dinner, cocktail style reception, and/or holiday parties.

Our professionally trained staff will attend to every detail of your party, including menus, flowers, music, design, equipment rental, and program direction. We can accommodate a dance floor and offer several music options to entertain your Guests. We are also equipped with the latest technologies to accommodate your AV needs.

Members of The Warren pay no rental fees for most parties, depending on size and membership level. Please review our Membership Information for more details. For non-Members, The Warren offers very reasonable rental rates, and on some days and times, we charge no rental fees with a minimum food and beverage expenditure.

Cocktail Parties

From intimate evenings and business meetings to festive celebrations and social gatherings, The Warren is the perfect location for your celebration. The Warren can accommodate 10 to 150 guests in a cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres and/or a buffet. The terrace provides room for another 40 Guests. Many brides also prefer this party format for either their Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding Reception, as it allows guests to mingle and socialize. Seated Dinner Parties

The Warren’s upscale yet warm decor provides the perfect setting for a seated dinner party of any size.  Our dining room can accommodate up to 80 Guests seated, and our garden terrace provides room for another 40 Guests.  Our location is perfect for an intimate, unique a fun seated Rehearsal Dinner or smaller Wedding Reception.  Employees and clients also love attending company dinner parties at The Warren due to it’s warm and festive atmosphere and outstanding dinner fare.  View our menus below:

Wedding Events

Whether you are dreaming of a traditional event, a cosmopolitan affair, or a casual, festive celebration, The Warren is an original and beautiful venue to host your Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Reception, Engagement Party, Bridal Luncheon and  Showers of all kinds.  We can host up to 80 Guests seated and 125 in a cocktail style reception.  We specialize in handling all the details that go into making your event memorable and wonderful for you and your guests.  View our menus below:

Beverage Options

We offer hosted bars for all  parties at The Warren, paid either using one of the packages on our Beverage Menu or based upon consumption.  You may limit your offerings and budget as you choose.  Cash bars are also always available.

Showers. Luncheons and Meetings

The Warren charges no rental fee for hosting an event that ends by 6 pm, with a minimum food and beverage expenditure of $750.  Whether you are hosting a small or large group, The Warren offers a lovely setting for baby showers, bridal showers or luncheons of any kind.  Our menus can be tailored to fit your event and your style and can be served seated or from a buffet.
The Warren is also a great alternative for an offsite business meeting or team building event.  We have a projector with an extra – large screen to allow for a slide show or video and flexible space to allow for presentations, slide shows and break-out sessions.  We can accommodate all day meetings, including but not limited to breakfast, a coffee break, lunch, afternoon snack break and happy hour.  For more information view our Seated Luncheon Menu and our Seated and Buffet Brunch Menu.

While Members enjoy many benefits, including no rental fee for hosting events, non-Members may host events by paying a rental fee.  The fee varies depending on the time, day and size of your event.  For more information, please review our Rooms and Services information.

Yes, non-Members may host events at certain times for no rental fee provided they meet a minimum required spending on food & beverage.  For more details please see our Rooms and Services Information.

Yes, you are welcome to have guests under 21 as long as we know in advance and they leave The Warren by 10 pm.

No, our liquor license requires that we follow Georgia State laws which prohibit us from serving anyone under 21 years of age.

Yes, you are welcome to have your own dj play at any exclusive event, but your dj will need to bring their own speakers and equipment.  Also, because we have found that we will have to have some level of involvement in getting things ready for your dj and their set up,  we charge you a $200 convenience fee.

While The Warren is designed to be beautiful without additional decor, we welcome your personal touches to make your event just the way you want it.  We are happy to receive your non-perishable decor 1 day before your event and we will be glad to set it up for you so you don’t have to stress or arrive early.  Set up of most centerpieces and some additional decor is included in your Setup Fee.  We charge $50/ hour for extensive decor setup, including hanging lights, lanterns, etc.  The only thing we ask is that you refrain from using sparklers or any items with an open flame (candles in glass are fine).  We also strictly prohibit the use of glitter, confetti, and live animals, including turtles or fish.  Please note, if you or your guests do bring confetti or glitter, you may be subject to a $200 clean up fee.

Yes, please talk to us about a good time to have your vendors deliver your perishable decor and cakes the day of your event.  We do not have room to store these items so we cannot receive them any soon than the day of your event.

Your Setup Fee includes some room arrangement, black linens, all glassware, service ware, silverware and plate ware, and votive candles on all tables and around the room.  You are welcome to bring in additional candles, flowers and other decor or purchase it through us or one of our Recommended Vendors. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own white linens or we will happily purchase them for you and bill you for the cost, which varies.

You are welcome to bring your pwn cake or cupcakes.  We have a service fee of $.50/guest with a minimum of $20.  The fee includes cutting, serving, plates, forks and napkins.

Yes, your guests are welcome to stay after your event and enjoy The Warren.

Exclusive events are absolutely an option at The Warren but require a minimum expenditure for food and beverage.  Hosting a non-exclusive party is also an option and works out just fine for most party hosts.
